I remember noticing this after I upgraded from Windows 8. Word freezes when I try to print a document. I just fixed it by troubleshooting. I am using Word as an administrator after troubleshooting.

I did troubleshoot it again to test and see if the problem solved if I wasn’t using it as an administration. Print didn’t work.

I again troubleshoot to send a report to Microsoft. Then I troubleshoot again to be an administrator for using Word. I can print fine as an administrator but I want the problem solved for good so I don’t have to run word as an administrator.

What options are there to fix this? Should I go back to Windows 8. Do I need to upgrade Office? I need to be able print documents for school. This thread is locked. How satisfied are you with this reply? Thanks for your feedback, it helps us improve the site. In reply to Stefan Blom’s post on October 28, Troubleshoot was able to fix it for me. I kept troubleshooting many times in a row. I troubleshooted as an admin on word and troubleshooted to not be an admin when I opened word and finally the problem fixed. Something was wring with word and printing.

I think it was the driver or being able to connect with the printer. This site in other languages x.

You should store the data in another place instead of the original one.
